Timothy Richard Stickney was born in Abington, Pennsylvania on April 12, 1972 to parents Linda Anne Guenther and Richard Stickney. He attended Penn State University where he first met his wife, Sheryl Ann Mattei. After being separated a few years they met again during a work coop program at IBM. Shortly after this second meeting they were married in Old Forge, Pennsylvania on December 24, 1994. Timothy and Sheryl had four children: two girls named Katelyn Marie and Kristine Elizabeth and two boys named Kyle Timothy and Kristopher Jacob.
